At Mobile Queen Bee, we're all about making your day sweeter, but we also need to keep our schedule running smoothly. That's why we've got this friendly policy to protect both our availability and your wallet. Let's keep it simple and sweet:
New Customer Booking:
50% Deposit to Secure Your Appointment – Required upfront for all new customers!
Cancellation Rules:
More than 24 Hours Before Your Appointment: No worries! We'll refund your deposit (minus a flat $20 admin fee) within 3-5 business days and reschedule you in a flash.
Less Than 24 Hours (or No-Show): Aw, shucks! We'll have to keep that 50% deposit to cover the time we miss out on.
