Mobile Service Guidelines
Our Hygiene Promise: To ensure the highest standard of care, you will receive a complimentary nail file, buffer, and foot buffer during your first visit. For future visits, we can seamlessly store your personal kit in a designated spot in your home or have a care partner keep it handy.
Accessible Care: Proudly offering specialized, adaptable mobile care for individuals in wheelchairs, those with limited mobility, or bedridden care.
Product Removals: If you currently have product on your nails from a previous salon (Shellac, gel, acrylic), please let us know at the time of booking. Removals require up to an hour of additional time and are subject to an extra fee.
Hospital Visits: A $25 parking fee applies to all hospital-based sessions to cover travel and parking costs.
Payment & Deposits:
New Client Bookings: A 50% deposit is required upfront to secure your space exclusively for you.
Payment Options: We accept cash or E-transfer (no additional fees). Credit cards are subject to a 2.4% processing fee.
Preferred Currency Discount: Enjoy a 10% discount on your total when paying with Bitcoin.
Gift Certificates: Always available—perfect for sharing a relaxing experience with a loved one.
Cancellation Policy:
We totally get that life moves fast—kids, work, senior home activities, or surprise spills happen to the best of us! To protect both our scheduling availability and your time, we maintain a friendly but firm cancellation rule:
More than 36 Hours Notice: No worries at all! We will happily reschedule your appointment in a flash.
Less than 36 Hours Notice (or No-Show): Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the 50% deposit to honor the blocked travel and preparation time.
Session Confirmation: To keep travel days flowing seamlessly, I will always reach out the day prior to confirm our exact session window.
